The Mystical Art of the Yajna Fire Ritual
The mystical art of the Yajna fire ritual holds a primordial essence. There is something fundamentally ancient about a burning fire. Some mystics say that at the beginning of creation, the first element introduced into the universe was fire. When the creator spoke the words “let there be light,” fire erupted into existence. Even on barren terrestrial planes where life does not seem to be sustained due to the absence of water, there is still the barren desert and the solace of both wind and fire.
Alongside earth and water, these elements form the foundation of the natural world and creation. They are infused and embedded with the essence of life. At some point in time, life was born. Man, woman, and the spectrum of gender in between emerged, as diverse as the natural world itself. The ritual or prayer before a burning fire is as primordial as the ancient species of our being that sat around burning logs hundreds of thousands of years ago.
The history of mankind is far more ancient than one can imagine. The stories of these times continue to be told around the fires that burn at night. Gratitude and praise be upon all who are in pursuit of their ultimate truth.
