Human beings, by nature, are creatures of habit, and the ego remains a prevalent force—a shadow that casts darkness across even the most radiant souls.

The ego is the most original source of this darkness in the world. Why speculate about its origins anywhere else when the answer lies within? 

By looking inward, we can understand and illuminate the shadows of our own making, transforming them into light.
