Exploring the Depths: A Journey Through Consciousness and Meaning

Meaning is embedded deep within the subconscious and unconscious of the individual and rooted in the noetic.

Psychic

The ego, operating on a day-to-day basis, can be referred to as the operating mind. Beneath this surface lies the subconscious, the realm of deeper influences and implications. Even further below is the reservoir of the unconscious, where the profound undertones reside.

All individuals are sublimely connected to a collective unconscious, a hidden dimension from which archetypes are drawn to inform our associations with meaning. This connection may be distinct from an individual’s own progressive incarnation, yet it might also be influenced by past lives and generational wounds. These wounds, learned traumas embedded within our genetic code, reflect the power of the environment.

Noetic

There is also a higher aspect of consciousness akin to the superego, carrying serendipitous connotations and referred to as the higher self, true self, or even the soul. The notion of the wise mind emerges as an overlap between the superego and the highest self, manifesting through the conscience of the individual.

Through the doorway of the conscience, one is drawn into the higher self, or even the soul, and therein better known as that noetic dimension. This dimension is intricate and unique to each individual, of which also leads us into realms transcendent.

Somatic & Systemic

Alongside these dynamics are various operating centers: the operating mind, the gut, and the instinctual sexual region. These contribute to the intricate interplay within an individual’s psyche, somatic, and noetic intersectionality. Furthermore, multiple systemic factors and environmental considerations may further influence and complicate the individual’s intentionality at any given moment.

In the existential analysis of a person’s pursuit for meaning, these multifaceted elements are ideally considered, painting a rich tapestry of human consciousness and existence.
