Threads of Ingenuity: Humanity’s Battle Against Barbarism

The impeccable reality of truth is often dictated by those who write history. In other words, history is penned by those who wield the power of the ink. This narrative is invariably imposed by those who possess the authority, raising an essential question: how can power dynamics be overlooked in the exploration and definition of truth?

Power dynamics are ever-present in the intricate tapestry of human society, woven through the social interplay of herd instincts. Consider the example of a wealthy man masquerading as a member of the working class, and who then is labeled a beggar by others. They judge him for reasons both seen and unseen, revealing the harsh lens of societal assumptions.

Judgments, criticism, and generalizations encapsulate the monkey mind of the human species, a reflection of our primitive nature. If not for the intellect—an unexpected gift from creation that transcends our genome of primitive savagery—we might languish in a world defined solely by parasitic norms, akin to a virus within the ecosystem.

Yet, for reasons unknown, it is this fragile thread of human ingenuity and the potential for spiritual attainment that saves our species from a reductionist fate; or does it? Albeit a minute minority, it stands as a beacon amidst the ignorance and chaos. The majority, however, remains ensnared in the grip of primal instincts: ego, power, greed, and control.
