Embracing Our Humanity: The Journey to Self-Realization

Human beings can be such savages, barbaric and primitive. This reality considerably complicates the self-actualization process of an individual seeking connection and meaning. It presents barriers in the existential journey of understanding why things unfold the way they do, often complicating the trauma resolution found in healing.

Many times, human behavior mirrors that of animals, lashing out and acting against one another. What distinguishes certain individuals, some might argue, is their intellect—cunning and savvy, perhaps. Yet, this trait is not exclusive to humans; it can also be observed among mammals and reptilians, who reenact the relentless dynamic of predator and prey. They, too, accept domination, control, consumption, and destruction, driven by instinctual impulses, perhaps embedded in the reptilian brain.

Nevertheless, the saving grace of our humanity lies in the emotional intelligence of the heart. By activating this emotional body, which embodies unconditional compassion and generosity, one can emulate the highest values of self-realization—often woven into the myths and fables of heaven and saints alike. But why must we wait for the afterlife for heaven to arrive?

The call to action, the responsibility of the moment, is to self-realize heaven as a state of mind. To achieve this, one must activate their emotional intelligence, drawing forth non-judgment, compassion, empathy, mercy, and the life-giving properties of creation. Within ourselves, we must embody these creative forces, for only as co-creators can we craft an experience worthy of being called Life.

Surely, those who have created us understand the intricate nature of the human-animal organism. So, why not accept yourself, recognizing that you have already been accepted? In doing so you recognize your being.

After acceptance, you can move into healing, where you can let go of the wounds and conflicts of the past that remain destructive and chaotic. This internal experience transforms, leading you into a clarity worth embracing, allowing you to reflect once again on who you truly are. This profound journey is self-realization.
